Return and Refund Policy

At OLIVIKO, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy, we’re here to help!

Holiday Return Extension

To make your holiday shopping worry-free, we’re extending our return period for the season. Items purchased between November 15 and December 31 are eligible for return until January 31 of the following year, provided they meet our standard return criteria.

Standard Return Eligibility

  • Return Window: For purchases outside of the holiday window, you may return any item within 30 days of receipt.
  • Condition: Items must be returned in their original, unused condition with tags, packaging, and proof of purchase.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Custom or personalized products, items marked “final sale,” and perishable goods are not eligible for returns.

How to Start a Return

  1. Contact Us: Please email our customer service team at (support@oliviko.com) with your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. Receive Return Instructions: Our team will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization if needed.
  3. Package Your Return: Pack the item securely, including all original packaging, tags, and any documentation received with the order.

Return Shipping

  • Free Returns for U.S. and Canada: We offer free return shipping on all orders within the United States and Canada. Once you initiate a return, we’ll provide you with a prepaid return label.
  • International Returns (Outside U.S. and Canada): For orders outside the U.S. and Canada, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds and Processing

  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Processing Time: Once we receive your returned item, please allow 5-7 business days for processing. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been completed.
  • Restocking Fees: We do not charge any restocking fees on returned items.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size, color, or a similar product, please contact our team within the 30-day return period (or by January 31 for holiday purchases). We’ll be happy to assist with an exchange, subject to availability.
