• Avoid long exposure to moisture or heat.
• If the wood looks dry, reapply a small amount of food-safe oil.

Tip: we finish our olive wood with a light seed oil such as sunflower, which helps keep its natural golden colour. Olive oil works too, but it can gradually darken the wood over time.
