A rectangular live-edge olive wood board with plenty of flat surface for prepping, slicing and serving. The natural edge of the wood is kept along the sides, so it looks just as good carrying a full platter to the table as it does on the counter.

Size

Approx. 40 × 18 cm (16 × 7 in). Each board is shaped by hand from natural wood, so size and edge vary slightly from piece to piece.

Cleaning & Care

Hand wash with mild soap and warm water, then dry and stand upright. Do not soak or put in the dishwasher. Rub in a little food-safe oil or board butter about once a month. Full routine in our olive wood cutting board care guide.

Tip: we finish our boards with a light seed oil such as sunflower, which helps keep olive wood's natural golden colour. Mineral oil or board butter work well too. Olive oil is fine, but it can gradually darken the wood over time.
